New Features

Customizable Club Theme

Clubs can now set their own colour schemes on their club sites, allowing for personalized branding.

Security Enhancement

• Added Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option to secure user accounts

Product Management

• Added optional Available Start Date & Available End Date to products, allowing products to only be available for purchase during a set period
• Added ability to bulk add Membership Packages and Passes to users

Session Management

• Added Refund Window to paid Sessions - allows a session to be cancelled by a member with no refund if the refund window has closed
• Added option to issue refund when cancelling members booking on their behalf (previously all bookings were cancelled by default)
• Added Under 18 badge next to members who are under the age of 18 on the bookings and check in screens
• Waiting List bookings can now be cancelled at any time until the session starts (previously if the cancellation window had closed, members couldn't leave the waiting list)

Location Features

• Added support for Google Maps for sessions
• Added What3Words support to Sessions - the W3W location will automatically be set when updating the map, but can also be manually set when editing a session

Email Enhancements

• Email Attachments increased from 1 file (maximum 5MB) to 5 files (each maximum 5MB)

Reporting

• Added ability to set your membership year start date - used as the default start date for reporting dashboards, giving you an instant snapshot of the current membership year

Preview Features

• File Manager feature added as a private preview
