This release adds digital wallet membership passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and includes the Last Attendance date in member exports.

New features​

Apple Wallet membership passes​

Members can now add their ClubPal membership card to Apple Wallet directly from their membership card page.

Tapping Add to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or iPad downloads a pass to the Wallet app. The pass displays the member's name, membership tier, and expiry date. When the membership expires, the pass is automatically marked as expired in Wallet.

Staff can scan the QR code on the pass to open the validation page, which shows the member's current live membership status.

Google Wallet membership passes​

Members can now add their ClubPal membership card to Google Wallet from their membership card page.

Tapping Add to Google Wallet saves the pass to the member's Google Wallet account. The pass displays the same details as the Apple Wallet pass and includes a scannable QR code for staff to verify membership status.

Both wallet integrations are optional features. Contact the ClubPal team to enable them for your club. See Digital wallet passes for full details.

Fixes and improvements​

  • Member export now includes Last Attendance. The CSV and Excel exports from Admin > Membership > Members now include a LastAttendance column showing the date of each member's last recorded session attendance.
