Structured Terms and Conditions
Membership packages now support a list of individually named Terms and Conditions items. Members must tick a separate acceptance checkbox for each item before completing a purchase. Each term links to an external document or shows rich text in a modal — you choose per term.
A club-wide set of default terms can be configured at Admin > Settings > Membership. Packages inherit these defaults unless they define their own list. Facility hire settings have the same structured editor for default booking terms.
