ClubPal Forms can now email your team whenever someone submits a response.

Form response notification emails
Forms now support an optional Notify emails setting — a semicolon-separated list of one or more email addresses that receive a copy of every response as it's submitted, including the submitter (or "Anonymous" for forms that don't require login) and the full set of questions and answers.
