Latest release of ClubPal introducing linked member profiles, allowing admins to connect accounts so one member can manage another's membership.

Linked Member Profiles​

Admins can now link an existing member account as a managed profile under another member's login. This is ideal for family accounts — for example, a parent managing a child's membership — or any scenario where one person needs to act on behalf of another.

When a profile is linked:

  • The managing member can switch to the linked member's profile from within the portal and act on their behalf — booking sessions, viewing attendance, and managing membership.
  • The linked member retains their own independent login and password. Their access is entirely unaffected.
  • Both members receive a security notification email when a link is created or removed.
  • A Managed Account badge is displayed on the linked member's profile so admins can see at a glance that another account manages them.

To link a profile: navigate to the member you want to manage → Actions → Link to Account..., then search for and select the managing account.

The "Link to Account..." action is also available from the member list row menus.

To unlink a profile: navigate to the linked member → Permissions tab → Managed By section → click Unlink next to the managing account.
