Orders

When a user purchases items from the Store or they purchase products when buying a Membership Package, an Order will be created. Orders can be viewed at Admin > Store > Orders.

Users with the ManageStore permissions can also choose to receive an email when an order is placed.

Order Status

Orders have a status to allow tracking of an orders progress. Orders can be either Pending, Processing or Complete. When listing orders on the order overview page at Admin > Store > Orders you can filter by one or more of these states.

When an order is first placed, it will be in the Pending state. It can be changed either from the Order overview page, or when viewing an order directly.
