Store overview
The ClubPal Store lets you create products and run an online shop for your club. Products can be sold directly from the Store, or offered for purchase during the membership checkout process.
Enabling the Store adds a Store menu item to your site navigation. The Store landing page lists all products with Show In Store enabled, grouped by category if categories are used.
Features at a glance
- Products - Create products with images, descriptions, pricing, and optional variations (e.g. size, colour).
- Inventory tracking - Optionally track stock at a product or variation level. Items with no stock are automatically hidden from purchase.
- Order management - View and manage orders at Admin > Store > Orders, with status tracking from Pending through to Complete.
- Products at checkout - Attach products to a Membership Package so members can purchase them alongside their membership. Useful for club kit or affiliation fees.
- Start and end dates - Control when a product is available for purchase, useful for seasonal items or limited-run sales.
- Members only - Restrict products to members with an active membership.
Order emails
When a member places an order, they receive an order confirmation email and a payment receipt where appropriate.
A user with the Manage Store permission can subscribe to receive an email each time an order is placed. These notifications can be enabled in Profile > Notifications by enabling the An order is placed option.
