Emails overview
ClubPal includes a built-in email system that lets administrators and coaches send emails to members directly from the platform. In addition to manual emails, ClubPal automatically sends a range of transactional emails — such as booking confirmations, payment receipts, and membership notifications — on your behalf.
Sending emails manually
There are two ways to send emails manually:
- Quick Compose — a lightweight form that can be launched from several places in the platform without leaving your current page. Ideal for quickly messaging a session group or an individual member.
- Full Editor — a full-featured compose screen with additional options including email type, attachments, and scheduled sending. Available at Admin > Emails > Compose.

Automated emails
ClubPal sends a range of emails automatically when events occur on the platform, covering session bookings, payments, membership activations, and more.

Email configuration
Administrators can configure the email system, including enabling or disabling emails, setting a reply-to address, and configuring the welcome email sent to new members.
