Notification preferences

Members can manage their email notification preferences from Profile > Notifications. These settings control which types of email ClubPal sends to that member.

Email preferences

Disable all emails
When enabled, you will no longer receive any emails from the club — including automated and manually composed messages. Use this with caution, as you may miss important communications about your bookings or membership.

Receive updates from [club name]
Controls whether you receive newsletters and general updates from the club. If this is turned off, you will still receive transactional emails related to your bookings, payments, and membership. This lets members opt out of non-essential communications while staying informed about the things that directly affect them.

Notification triggers

You can choose to receive an email when certain events occur on the platform. Some options are only visible to members with the relevant role or permission, and some are only shown when the corresponding feature is enabled for your club.
