Pricing

Set pricing for facility bookings using duration-based tiers.

Currency

All prices are configured in your club's local currency. Amounts shown in examples are for illustration only.

Add pricing tiers

1. Open a facility and click Manage Pricing.
2. Add one or more duration tiers.
3. Set Standard price for each tier.
4. Add optional package overrides for membership packages.
5. Keep tiers marked Active.

If a facility has no active pricing tiers, members cannot book it.

Duration tiers

Each tier is priced for a specific duration range. For example:

• 1 hour: 50
• 2 hours: 90
• Half day (4 hours): 200
• Full day (8 hours): 350

Members select a duration when booking, and the matching tier price applies.

Package overrides

For each membership package, you can set a different price for any duration tier. This lets you offer different rates to members based on their membership level.

If no package override is set for a tier, the standard price is used.

Discount codes

Members can apply discount codes to facility hire bookings to receive fixed or percentage discounts.
