Troubleshooting
Facility Hire is missing from admin navigation
- Confirm your club has Facility Hire enabled.
- Confirm your account has Manage Facility Hire (or System Administrator) permission.
See Permissions to grant access.
Members cannot see any slots
Check the facility configuration:
- Confirm the facility is marked Active.
- Confirm weekly availability includes the selected day and time.
- Check booking rules (minimum notice and maximum advance).
- Check for overlap from existing bookings, pending holds, or buffer time.
- Confirm pricing tiers are active — if no active tiers exist, members cannot book.
Members cannot see a specific facility
- The facility may not be marked Active.
- There may be no active pricing tiers configured for that facility.
Member cannot cancel a booking
The booking may be inside the configured cancellation window for that facility. Members cannot cancel within this window; admins can override by cancelling directly.
Booking stayed pending and did not confirm
If checkout is not completed, pending bookings expire automatically after about 15 minutes and release the slot.
User is blocked at confirmation
If terms and conditions are configured for the facility, users must accept them before confirming the booking.
