Check-in
The check-in feature lets coaches and administrators record attendance at a session. A check-in creates a timestamped attendance record for each member, which can be reviewed per-session and on individual member profiles.
Accessing check-in
Only coaches and administrators can access the check-in page. To open it, navigate to the session details page and select Check In from the session menu.
Each session instance has its own check-in record. For recurring sessions, each date is tracked independently.
Marking attendance
The check-in page lists all members with a confirmed booking for that session. For each member you can:
- Check in — records the date and time the member arrived
- Check out — records the date and time the member left
The times are captured automatically when you tap or click the relevant button.
When a member is attending for the very first time, a First session indicator is shown next to their name. This can be a helpful prompt to give new members a warm welcome.
Walk-in members
If a member wants to attend but did not book in advance, you can search for them by name on the check-in page and add them to the attendance record without a prior booking.
Viewing attendance records
Attendance records can be reviewed from two places:
- The session details page — the Attendance tab shows who attended each instance of a session.
- Admin > Membership > [Member profile] — the Attendance section shows a complete history of sessions attended by that member.
