Sessions dashboard
The Sessions Dashboard at Admin > Sessions gives you an at-a-glance overview of your session activity across any chosen date range. Use the date range picker in the toolbar to adjust the period being analysed.
Summary panels
Four summary panels are displayed at the top of the dashboard:
Category Performance
Shows total sessions, total attendance, and total revenue for the selected period. When a category is active, these figures are filtered to sessions in that category. Select a category from Admin > Sessions > Categories to focus the dashboard on a particular session type.
Booking Behaviour
Shows total bookings, cancellation rate, and no-show rate for the selected period. This helps you understand how well session capacity is being used and how reliably members are attending the sessions they book.
Member Engagement
Shows the number of unique attendees over the selected period — the count of individual members who attended at least one session.
Cost Recovery
Shows total income, running costs, and a cost recovery rate as a percentage. This is useful for understanding whether your session fees are covering your costs. Running costs are configured on each session when creating or editing it.
Attendance History chart
The Attendance History chart plots attendance trends over time for the selected date range. A comparison line shows the equivalent period from the previous year, making it easy to see whether member engagement is growing over time.
Recent Sessions
The Recent Sessions panel lists the most recently held sessions. Click any session to navigate directly to its details page.
