Waiting lists

When a session has reached its capacity limit, members will have the option to join the waiting list. When a confirmed booking for the session is cancelled, the next person on the waiting list will automatically be moved up to the confirmed list. The waiting list behaves on a first in, first out basis.

When this happens, the member moved from the waiting list to the confirmed list will receive an email informing them of their booking.

Paid Sessions

When a member is left on the waiting list after the session ends, any payment made for the session will be refunded after the session's scheduled end time.

It can take up to 10 minutes after the scheduled end time for the refund to be processed.
